Draught at the brewery tap. Faintly sweet roasted aroma with a little sour barley to it. Very dark brown colour, red shine. Very big, stable, creamy tan head. The flavour starts off nicely roasted with dark bread notes. Re-Rate: Draught at Söderbärke Mikroölfestival, Sweden Really black, creamy head. Dry with some coffee. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Some caramel before a salty coffee-like finish with balanced bitterness. Solid tmavý!

Bottle from Pivonka, Hradec Kralove. Pours pitch black with a big frothy tanned head. Aroma of sweet roasted malts. Taste is nice light roasted malts, dark malts, some dark chocolate towards the end. Creamy and smooth mouthfeel.Aftertaste is medium sweet, roasted malts. Quite good dunkel.

Draught at SMÖF 2010. It poured a very dark ruby-amber liquid with a huge beige-brown head. Flavour of caramel and malt. Smooth mouthfeel. Nice and easy to drink Dunkel, best of the four Tambor beers I tried at SMÖF.
