Malty brick red medium bodied beer that at first taste I thought it may be an Imperial Red. Caramel malts, light bitterness, medicinal flavors and what is best described as a Dr Pepper like spice. Maybe calling Rollin Dirty an Irish Ale a stretch but overall a decent beer. I’d love to know what the ABV content is.
Can. Pours clear mahogany with a frothy light tan head. Aroma features toasted malt, woody and clove notes. Flavor kicks these up a notch and adds a pinch of hoppy bitterness. Mouthfeel offers fair fizz and body. Catch this bus and get rollin’! Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - MAY 19, 2017
This was poured into a mug.
The appearance was a moderately burnt amber color with a finger’s worth of sturdy white head. Must have held there for a good minute before dissipating to leave some light stringy lace.
The aroma had some toast, nice caramel/toffee malt features, some dried sweet wood, touch of floral, light herbal and a little bit of leather.
The flavor was malty dry with a crisp floral sweetness making a good effort to invade. Aftertaste was moderately leaning towards the toast and caramel malts. Finish was crisp and semi-sweet with the dryness.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt fine. Flowed fairly nice along my tongue.
Overall, pretty nice as an Irish red ale. I wonder if that guy below me knows enough that this style is supposed to be poured into mugs for correct reviews. ChadPolenz (1817) - Lakeland, Florida, USA - JUL 23, 2016

AROMA: Mild/neutral nose. Slight amber/red maltiness. Light red fruit notes too. 6/12
APPEARANCE: Fairly dark magenta/burgundy hue. Tan foam almost completely dissipates. 1/3
FLAVOR: Subtle caramel malt flavor and sweetness; slight red fruit flavor (cherry, plum). Mild earthy hop character, but low perceived bitterness. No roasty or chocolate flavors. Nothing off-putting but nothing to really enjoy here. 10/20
MOUTHFEEL: Medium-light body; low carbonation. Smooth and quaffable, with a dry aftertaste. Not refreshing. 3/5
OVERALL IMPRESSION: Not a bad beer, just a boring one. Not sure why they would include this style in their lineup. 5/10

Translucent ruby with a lasting beige head. Silky medium-full body with moderately high carbonation.umich03jm (3513) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - MAY 5, 2016
Aroma: rich caramel and roast, sweet bready malt.
Taste: caramel, bready malt, chocolate, tobacco hops, and a touch of roast in the finish.
Great food beer. A bit too rich to be true to style, but a very good beer. Great layered complexity, and each element is deptly balanced.
Can. Aroma is caramel and bread. Tastes a bit watery and artificial. Stale hops. Boring.

Draft at Fishale because I was rushed. Clear copper color with a thin film of white on top. Light aroma of dusty caramel malt. Sweet malt and light bitterness in the flavor. Fine.

From a can. Pours clear bright burgundy brown with a fizzy off white head. Tastes like dried fruits, malty, toffee, and nutty. Light/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like toffee, strong malt, dried fruits, and nuts. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - DEC 30, 2015
Pours a clear coppery reddish color with off-white head. Caramel malt, light pine, bread, and toast on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with some caramel malt and light grass. trapped (3147) - New York, TURKEY - NOV 10, 2015
Draught. Clear copper red with large beige faoamy head, faint caramel aroma, low carbonation, sweetish caramel taste, thin body, long sticky sweet caramel finish. A bit too sweet for my taste.
