Can at CBC pours a clear orange with a ring of white head. Nose is mild, orange, pine, paper. Flavor is very beer-y in a bad way, malt, citrus, yeast, stale. Dry finish.

2.7
DocJitsu (1978) - Pensacola, Florida, USA - FEB 13, 2017
Pours a clear golden with a rich, sticky white head. Subtle, but pleasant grapefruit bouquet. Humble malt backbone and a mild citrus hop character. Both of which fade quickly. Grapefruit bitterness at the finish.

Draft. Pours clear light amber, thin off white head. Aroma of pine and floral, not real strong. Taste is both some medium sweetness and some bitter on the tongue right away. Medium-light body, finishes with some dry bitterness. Not an amazing IPA but not bad.
