COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American amber ale crafted by using the finest American pale 2 row malt available, combined with Munich malt, Crystal malt and a small amount of roasted barley for its trademark redish hue. The ale is then seasoned with Columbus boiling hops, plus Cascade and Tettnang for flavor and aroma.

Draft. Pours red, off white head. Faint malty aroma of caramel and floral. Taste is medium high sweet. Medium body finishes sweet with a hint of hops.

On tap @ Tampa Bay Brewing. Dark amber colored beer with white foam. Pretty typical amber ale...not sure what I expected. Sweet caramel, toast, toffee, and fruity esters. A light citrus and floral hop character, at least...but perhaps a little bit too much in the dried out flowers/perfume department. Maybe a touch herbal, too. Light bitterness and a whole lot of malty, sugary sweetness.

UPDATED: MAR 16, 2015 Flight at the brewery. Clear Amber. Caramel malt aroma. The taste adds earthy hops. Slight dark character, toast, bread crust. Perfectly paired with a Cuban sandwich. Very nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at the original Tampa location. Yes, the color is Amber with a light lasting head. Aroma is toasted malt, light toffee and a weak fruit hop. The flavor is exactly as you would expect it to be. ( just like the aroma, no deviation) body is light and dare I say watery. Well I will say it because it is watery. Very light hop or malt profile, meh

Okay, so it smells like cheese, Parmesan cheese... It’s weird but I dig it. Like a hearty beer. Oddly good. Flavor is rich and fairly dark, pretty roasted but with a biscuity finish. I thought it was gonna be dry but it’s not at all. It’s really decent and full body for an amber. I dig it.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear orange-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of malt, caramel and slight hops. Light-bodied with flavors of pale malt, caramel and grassy hops. The finish is sweet with a short malty aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Aroma of malt and grain, great looking reddish brown colour with a creamy off white head. Sweet malt taste with a creamy feel and a hint of malt in the finish.

Nice clear amber pour with minimal he’d. Aroma is non existent. Taste is a surprise after the aroma. Nice malt and hop balance. Roasted, sweet and bitter

Boring pour, faint aroma, & not much flavor going on. Not really a fan!
