Clear dark Â´red brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, beige to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, light coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, burnt, roasted, coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.

Aroma of mellow bitter roast, touch of burnt toast
Taste of roasted malts, dark caramel malts, dab of bitter english hops underneath, touch of burnt toast, some palin chocolate
Palate - Medium body, smooth. Finish as main flavour, burnt toast in finish
Overall - Not too bitter and treacle only soft...quite good
Cask at Euston Tap, London. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a small beige head on top. Roasty, malty, caramel aroma. Tastes slightly roasty, malty, dark fruit, some caramel.

Euston Tap. Clear dark red beer, little pale tan head. Palate is light, semi dry and a little soft. Light touch of dark malt, mildly tangy. Touch of dark chocolate and a whisper of dark fruits. Finishes semi dry. Decent but needs something to bring it all together to be superior.
Cask conditioned air pressure Euston Tap London 30/04/13. A black beer with a white head and lace. A nice stout with is on the sweet lactic side and lacks bitterness. A smoky edge to the nose but more mellow in the mouth. Good. Svesse (8942) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - MAY 3, 2013

Roasted, malty taste with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice and a generous roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Very nice.
