COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light, spiced, unfiltered wheat beer. The “white” refers to the haze caused by the yeast left in suspension. Curacao orange, ginger, and coriander add a pleasant complement to the tanginess provided by the wheat malt. A classic summer refresher, but tasty all year ‘round. SILVER MEDAL 2002 LA COUNTY FAIR ®

Pour on tap at the brewery, slightly hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of banana, citrus peel, bread, dough into a bit of yeast, slight grain into a bit of clove, spice notes. Taste was a mix of clove, bread, orange into spice, banana, slight pepper into a bit of biscuit, finishing sweet.

GABF 2011 Media Luncheon. Hazy light gold, small head. Smells of wheat, citrus (lemon mostly), clove, and light banana. Pretty big body for the style, with a delicious long linger. Balanced, but not much bitterness. Light floral spicy herbal notes with wheat and citrus tones leading the way with some typical wit yeast. Not bad.

ghostly white inside pale yellow looks very cool. Sharp lemon and yeast aroma. A nice soft body. Easy drinker. Light flavor. A softer version of the aroma with a bit of a bite at the end

Growler thanks to the boys at Taps. Rating #14. Thus was real nice, big spicy aroma up front, but it mellowed out real nice as it warmed a bit, solid wit. (1812)

Poured a beautiful hazy orange/yellow. Orange is far in the background as the curry-esque coriander takes center stage. I prefer it the other way around but this is an interesting take on it.
