A: The pour is a very pale, very hazy straw color with a fluffy white head.
S: Coriander and sweet malts make up the bulk of the aroma of the beer. Some mild sweet orange notes too.
T: The flavor is primarily sweet malts with bread and toast coming through. A noticeable amount of orange rind and a mild spice note.
M: The body is light and the carbonation is moderate.
D: A little too sweet for what I like in a witbier and not quite enough of the yeast (ester) component. BMan1113VR (7930) - Los Angeles, California, USA - AUG 16, 2010
On tap. Pours with a white head over a murky milky yellow body. Orange, curaco, spicy aroma, some pepper. Dry, light, spicy, floral. Lively dry and refreshing. CaptainCougar (7634) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - FEB 25, 2010
On tap at Corona location: Porus a hazy orange with a pillowy froth of sticky white head. Has a lightly sweet caramel and wheaty nose with lots of coriander spice and orange citrus. Starts with pretty good fullness and well-dissolved carbonation along with some fruity orange sweetness before a zesty coriander spice finish. Pretty true to style, but could use a little more residual sweetness. alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - AUG 5, 2009
On tap at the Corona location; first time there and it was quite nice. Poured a gold color with a whitish head; standard look, but perhaps a bit clearer than expected. Aroma of wheat, citrus, and spice; what you would want from a wit. Flavor was also spot on. Spicy and herbal flavors augment the wheat. Solid and tasty for the style. yespr (48931) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUL 23, 2009
From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Apple fruity, oranges and mango aroma. Flavour has the same fruity notes mixed with a light sweetness and mild peppery touch.

Hazy yellow with a fizzy white head. Corriander white pepper and wheat aroma and taste with a crisp citrus finish. herbjones (742) - Orange, California, USA - AUG 30, 2005
Pretty good wit. A little thin imo. Good spicing though after it warms up a little. Glowing gold with a large but loose white head. orange peel and coriander dominate. Nice hot weather drinker.
