COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An unfiltered German/American-style Pilsener. Light in body and color with hints of lemon and pine, finishing crisp and refreshing. This is our version of our Beer Camp beer (called Sticke Pils) that we brewed at Sierra Nevada Brewing Company in January 2011. It gets its name from the US Crystal hops used that are its signature characteristic.

Nice gold pour, white head. Good hop forward aroma and plenty of yeasty malts. Flavor is smooth and really has a nice balance of citrusy/resin hops and bready malts. Enjoyable.

Pours a clear golden color with a big white head. Really nice bread/malt aroma to this. Very clean with a bit of yeast to go along with some floral hops, a touch of pine and citrus give it a more American feel. Slightly sweet from the malt character with a crisp hop character. Nice touch of yeast in there and a really clean, enjoyable beer.

On tap. Pours with a slightly hazed golden hue with a persistent white head that leaves great lace. Aromas are awesomely malty and bready, great pils malt character. Clean with some floral, lightly lemony and grassy hop notes. Flavors are great, delicate bready malt profile balanced with some grassy hop character. Medium bitterness. Clean yeast wise. Crisp with lively carbonation, medium to low body and a dry finish. Well made!

Tap in Corona. Rating #2. Clear medium gold pour with a white head. Wonderful hop aroma, earthy pine with a little citrus sweetness, really nice. Nice flavor as well, lots of hoppiness, a little tropical and just yum. (2180)

Wow. Even slightly above temperature this is a great beer. Sparkly with grain tastes and slight bit of sugar. This is what the country should be drinking. Excellent stuff.
