Pour on tap at the brewery, clear reddish pour with slightly off white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, toffee, biscuit, bread into a bit of spice, slight earth, slight grassy notes, pretty standard. [ As Taps Irish Red ].
Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy to fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, toffee - fudge. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, fudge - caramel, fruity. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
Pours slightly hazy dark amber with small off-white head. Faint aroma of yeast and fruit, with hefty touches of diacethylene. Sour flavour of rotten malt, beautifully enhanced by diacethylene bombs, deafening all other nuances (if they are there at all). Sour aftertaste. Out of balance. Filth! chrisv10 (18737) - DENMARK - MAY 16, 2014
