Strong pumpkin spiced aroma. More subtle pumpkin character in the taste with a sour edge going down (not sure why). Notes: GABF 13

Spices are one note and the beer lacks body. Tastes overwhelmingly like ginger and cinnamon. I prefer a creamier pumpkin beer.

It does indeed taste like pumpkin pie. Pours a dark orange. Spices play on the nose. It follows through into the taste. An old school simple pumpkin beer. Sampled at Union Station at the end of L.A. Beer Week.
