Our newest product, Taps Red Cream Ale is beginning to rival our Premium Lager in popularity with our customers. It is a delicious, full-bodies ale with a clear, beautiful red colour. Cream ale is made by using ale yeast fermented and conditioned at colder temperatures. The colder temperature causes a slower, more gradual fermentation, resulting in a smoother flavour. Our Red Cream Ale has a full-bodies silky texture that is crisp and strong in flavour, with a fresh, clean finish.

muzzlehatch (4975) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 28, 2016
Un-Muzzling Olde Muzzlehatch Ratings, #38. 473 ml can purchased somewhere in Ontario (July 2008), and consumed somewhere in Wisconsin (August 2009). Huge frothy creamy head, moderately lasting, tops a dark amber-red clear body...a bit of spruce/pine is evident in the nose, but it’s almost overcome by mushy veggies and an odd off touch - plastic perhaps....buttery, vaguely "creamy" in the mouth, dessicated grains, no hop presence, lightly sour, thin and watery to finish. Yeah, no.

Kauge (2131) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUN 7, 2016
Tap at Syndicate in Niagara Falls. Clear coppery orange with creamy white head. Very crisp yet the carbonation is extremely thin and not exactly active, hmm... Tastes sweetish, of toasty malts and caramel, but also kinda metallic. A substandard brew but a big plus on the non-offendingness.

Tranquillity (2571) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 24, 2015
Draft. Red body like their IPA. The aroma is not strong, but pleasant. Sweet malts. The taste is weak but blanaced. There’s some nuts.

Whatup14 (2224) - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 9, 2015
En fût au Syndicate. Couleur ambrée translucide, mousse beige laissant une dentelle éparse. Arôme de malt grillé, herbal, caramel. Goût de malt légèrement grillé, houblon herbal. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Came to the U.S. With 3 full growlers, need to drive the 8 hours back for more!

Bamsen78 (5617) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUL 27, 2015
Draught, 5% @ Syndicate, Niagara Falls. Pours hazy reddish amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, with bready touches and notes of hops and yeast. Sweetish, malty and bready flavour with bitterish, hoppy notes and acetic touches. Bitterish and estery aftertaste. Well, not that bad, but a less bready version would be better. 090715.

kevinsenn (2310) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 8, 2014
On tap at Taps. Caramalt aroma with a hint of hops. Smooth caramel taste with good balance. Perfectly fine but a bit plain.

chucklemation (1798) - Royal Oak, Michigan, USA - JAN 3, 2014
Poured on tap at Taps. An amber ale. Smells somewhat of caramel. Has a creamy and smooth feel, though lacks a very distinct flavor. Not too memorable, but decent.

Bendrixian (1514) - Canadiana, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 25, 2013
Clear brew with a burnt wood/auburn colour. Aroma of malts, biscuit, caramel and slight roast. There is also a fair amount of yeasty notes in the brew. On the palate it proves to be medium bodied, creamy texture and has a fast finish. Sociable beer with a flavour that is lightly roasted.

Such a wonderful refreshing beer. Pours a copper red with a large white head. Nutty aroma, with a strong caramel malty nose as well. Low spicy hop aroma as well. Tastes of caramel malt and a little spicy hop flavor as well. Balanced toward malty. Wonderful beer.
