341ml bottle from the brewery. Pours a murky dark amber with a creamy off-white head.. Wonderful lacing. Respectable head retention.Aroma of hops, pine citrus, and malt. Flavour is bitter with hops, grapefruit, minimal sweetness. Astringent. Pretty decent Canadian IPA. rejtable (2767) - Ontario, CANADA - NOV 13, 2011
Growler from brewpub in Niagara. Pretty significant hop base up front. Some very mild malt balance in the middle and the typical hop bitterness in the end. Pretty solid beer. blankboy (7714) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 26, 2011
Draught at Burger Bar. Pours a clear, deep copper with a small diminishing frothy white head. Mild but pleasant resiny hop aroma along with a hint of sweetness, some grain and sweet malt. Flavour of resiny hops, mostly in the finish (as is often the case in Ontario). Decent bitter finish. Average to medium bodied. Didn’t knock my socks off but good enough that I’d drink it again. On tap at Niagara’s best. Light brown with light head that retains. I would have liked to see more hops come through this one but still a nice balanced beer. JoeMcPhee (9427) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - APR 3, 2011
UPDATED: MAY 24, 2011 3rd annual Ontario Cask IPA Challenge tasted blind. Deep orange brown. Hazy pour with a lot of suspended particles. Resiny flavour with a lot of minerally flavour and a lot of orange peel. Bitter but fairly clean.

Deep amber pour. The aroma is incredibly odd. Sort of savoury with a bit of an herbal hoppiness. A little bit of maple character and brown sugar. There is a bit of softness and sweetness. The hoppiness is pretty intense though. Assertive and bitter. Decent.

Lots going on with one, aroma of citrus and fruity notes, it has a bitterness but not as strong as I would like from an IPA, it was quite drinkable tho, good offering, like the name JB84 (649) - Kitchener, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 24, 2011

Draught. Syndicate, Niagara Falls, Ontario.
Chuck Norris Roundhouse IPA is the reason Waldo is hiding. True story.
Great amber pour, solid carbonation. Pine, lemon and grapefruit nose. Like a naked run through the woods. Hop-smack kick on the tongue. Awesome bitterness. Resin, resin, resin. Medium bodied, nice zest, too. A fantastic beer and worth the trip to Niagara. Skip the falls and take a shot from Chuck. Loving TAPS and Syndicate! barncatmatt (2286) - Cambridge, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 17, 2011
UPDATED: APR 11, 2011 on tap at Gabrinus in London, thanks for the share Len! light copper with an off white head. american hop nose, malt stucture. flavour is somewhat simple. not lacking in anyway but missing something to give it umph. decent stuff/////////////////////////////bottled sample is much better, hope they get this into the lcbo. pootzboy (1760) - Kitchener, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 13, 2011
Poured a deep gold, 2 finger white cap.
Aroma is a cross between Brit IPA and west coast IPAs...caramel malts with an earthy herbalness and a bright citrus character, fruity esters in undertones.
Nice pile-up of cara malt in front then the fruity esters and big Willamette hopping kicks in...nice crispness, lightly dry finish with light metallic after taste....a boiler plate Craft IPA
