COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Prepare to be round-housed in the taste buds. This is a North American style India Pale Ale. It has an intense North West Pacific-hop character from a ridiculous amount of hops added to the brew-kettle, and then dry-hopped later on during conditioning. Citrusy, floral, and fruity flavours take front stage, while the caramel accented malts give it some balance.

Growler picked up at the source. Pours a true copper colour, a bit cloudy, a bit of carbonation. Off white head that dies down to a thin layer that clings to the glass walls, flecks and drips of lace. Nose is Carmel and hop., maybe even a bit of nut. Tastes creamy, pine hop bitter, a bit of walnut nut too.

Keg at Corks. Hazy amber body with a thick off-white head. Lively fizz. Good lacing. Aroma of crisp red apple and pot puri. Flavour of blood orange, sherbet, toffee and bitter hops. Medium body with an oily texture. Light fizz. Hoppy and unpolished. I liked it.

Tap at Syndicate in Niagara Falls. Almost clear amber with basically no head. The aroma is pretty boring floral and citric hops and malts. Tastes sweet, more floral and orangey than malty. The following bitterness doesnt doesnt really mix in with the rest so I wouldnt say its well balanced. Light to medium body and modest carbonation. Not a disaster - just a rather uninspiring IPA.

On tap at brewpub. Not much aroma to speak of. Taste is pleasant and fruity and floral, with a distinct butter finish.

Tap at sinister. Dark golden body, fine white head. The aroma is not too strong, and the taste isnt balanced. Maybe bad batch or maybe not the IPA for me.

Draught @ Syndicate, Niagara Falls. Pours clear amber with small white head. Clear aroma of hops, with notes of needles and touches of malt. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of citrus and estery hints and touches of malt. Bitter, slightly rough aftertaste. Easily drinkable and quite pleasant. Not bad! 090715

FROTHINGSLOSH (7069) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 11, 2015
Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured an amber toffee color with a large foamy off white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was bitter grapefruit and lemon. The flavor was bitter lemon, grapefruit and hints of herbal and perfumey hops. Medium length finish. Medium body. Solid.

Drank on tap (10 oz) at Syndicate Restaurant and Brewpub in Niagara Falls on June 24, 2015. Copper orange, small head. Mostly raw barley arome, some notes of hoppy orange. Spicy citrus hop taste, a bit sweet, not to bitter. Its not a sinful IPA, but its not sin drinking it!
