Draught. Syndicate, Niagara Falls, Ontario.
Chuck Norris Roundhouse IPA is the reason Waldo is hiding. True story.
Great amber pour, solid carbonation. Pine, lemon and grapefruit nose. Like a naked run through the woods. Hop-smack kick on the tongue. Awesome bitterness. Resin, resin, resin. Medium bodied, nice zest, too. A fantastic beer and worth the trip to Niagara. Skip the falls and take a shot from Chuck. Loving TAPS and Syndicate! BierMonger (22) - Ontario, CANADA - AUG 10, 2010

Had on cask at the Merchant Ale House.
Aroma was very citrusy, graprfruity. Floral notes came in behind that.
It looked a little hazy, with a thick, dense head on top. Great lacing.
It was very tastey. Cirus fruits up front. Grapefruit and tangerine. Some carmelly malts in there too... Juicy. Good bitterness.
It was medium to full bodied. Carbonation was average or maybe a bit higher than usual.
Overall, a great IPA. One of the best I’ve had recently in Ontario. davidm (2081) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - DEC 3, 2010
Tap at brewery. Very nice beer. Aromas of caramel, and flowers. Taste is sweet, with lingering bitterness at the end. Palate is velvety, with a medium body. Amber, with a frothy white head. MrManning (2009) - Hamilton, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 8, 2011
On tap at the brewpub. Deep hazed red grapefruit colour, with sticky shelf like lace that persists. The aromas were grapefruit, perfume, pine, floral, with some resiny qualities leading to stone fruits.. Very inviting and fresh. Very bitter upfront, good tongue tingle. Stone fruit sweetness comes after the initial hop smack. Medium full bodied, creamy, with a piney citric finish with low bitterness. Excellent example. On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy light orange with a thin white head. Aroma of tangy citrus hops, bitter hops, floral hops, and caramel malt. Flavor of spicy hops up front with bitterness in the finish, grassy hops, and a touch of citrus. Very tasty hoppy IPA!

Has a light copper look with a small white head. Aroma is citrus and floral, with perhaps some pine thrown in the mix. This beer is very hoppy, and finishes dry. Pretty good. firefly765 (195) - - MAR 27, 2015
