Bottle 50 cl, BBE 12/2013. Pours hazy brown in color with a tan head. Sweetish
toffee, light notes of butter and slightly burnt bready notes in aroma. Toasted
bread, butterscotch and nutty notes in taste. Easy to drink with just the right
amount of flavors. Burnt dark breadyness with mineral notes in finish. I do like
this kind of interpretations of dunkels. OleR (4801) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 29, 2013
0.5 L bottle shared by larsga. Unclear copper colored body. Low dirty blond head. Rich caramel aromas, some toasted grain and a hint of fresh grass. Caramel-accented malt body. Peppery and toasted, and light acidic. Fruity yeast tones. Soft on the palate. Quite full. Nice acidity linger in the finish. Exciting stuff. A farmhouse Dunkel?

Clear amber red color with medium tan foam. Aromas of sweet caramel malts, toffee and caramel its self with light earthy and herbal notes. palate, medium/light body with nice mouth coating smooth texture leaving long sweet finish. Taste quite sweet of caramel, very malty brew with touch of earthy hops folowed by light rye bread notes. Overall, quite nice sweet brew with some hops peresnt there too, simple but not watery and too boring.

Nice dark amber colour.
Foam is not too big and it is pale.
Tastes nor too bitter nor too light somewhere in the middle and quiet simple but not too simple.
Aftertaste was pleasent and inviting to have another one. Halfling_4132 (104) - Essex, ENGLAND - DEC 28, 2016
Appearance: clear copper amber with thick light caramel foam, aromas- buttery dark rye bread, nuttiness, yeasty marmite and a light sweet cocoa and caramel. Palate- very smooth light to medium bodied with a roasted and sweet finish, Taste- rye bread, honey and dates. Overall- a pleasant beer with a sweeter aftertaste taste. Cool orange-ish color. Nice head retention. Aroma is all soured hay, lactic, some fresh bread. Flavor is more sour on the scale than the lighter Kanapinis beer I’ve had in the 2L bottle. Has a soaked rye/pumpernickel bread flavor that I like, but it isn’t multiple flavors at once. These just keep lasting. Sessionable, duh.
From Dejsk Piwa Regionalne; they seem to be stepping up their game to try to approach Piwoteka in selection.

butelka z kapslem i oryginalną etykietą. Ocena wysoka i trzeba kupować. omhper (25955) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 27, 2014
Keg at Šnekutis Užupis, Vilnius. Hazy mahogany colour, rich creamy head. Fruity nose with coffee and bread. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Honey, caramel and coffee, light cellary notes. Low bitterness. Mellow and harmonious. dnicolaescu (2789) - Chișinău, MOLDOVA - JUL 20, 2015
SWING-TOP 1L. Hazy red, tan frothy head. Aroma of caramel, cherries, spicy hops, dry leaves. Some smoked cheese far behind. The flavour is similar, fruity with a zesty bitter finish. Smooth, silky mouthfeel. Despite the rustic feel to it, it feels quite clean. ectuohy27 (1310) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JAN 22, 2013
Another solid, complex, bready, yeasty beer full of flavor from Panevezys Municipality, brought by Lithuanian houseguests. Uniquely non-sweet and non-hoppy, a pleasant change of pace indeed! Derbeth (1127) - Kraków, POLAND - OCT 7, 2014
UPDATED: MAR 23, 2015 Draught. Dark brown colour, quickly diminishing head. Aroma: dark bread, some honey, some strange herb in finish (maybe this is hemp). Soft carbonation. Unusual and good.
