Can. Light orange, clear, with an average white head that retains well. Bright juicy hop character, tangerine, with highly attenuated malts and moderate bitterness make for a crushable summer brew. Dry with an abundance of bright fruity hop character. What I want in a session IPA.

2017-07-30. Lightly hazy orange body, modest white head. 3+ Aroma of pithy citrus, lightly leafy hop character. Flavour has pleasant citrus hop character, notes of orange and tangerine peel, lightly pithy touches. 7++ Average bodied palate, mod carbonation. Tasty. 7/3-4/7-8/3/16 On tap at Toronto Festival of Beer.

Cloudy golden yellow pour. The nose is soft and fruity. Citrus and pine with a bit of apricot and peach. Moderate bitterness and a lovely soft fruity flavour. A touch of light pepper and a bit of zest. Nice beer.

Can: Poured a clear light orangey color ale with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of fresh tropical fruit and floral citrusy notes is quite nice. Taste is a solid mix of floral citrusy hops notes with some tropical fruit notes, light residuals sugar and some low bitterness. Body is light with OK carbonation. Solid SIPA with great use of Mosaic hops.
