Quack-Duck's rating

   AROMA 8/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 5/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 12/20
Quack-Duck (9533) - Down South, - SEP 27, 2012
bottle, thank you kevnic2008! Clear golden yellow, large, creamy white head. Lovely aroma of freshly ground pepper. Malty base, quite light-bodied, with very, very few hops. The aroma was very promising, the beer itsself is a solid pale lager.

sjorsvdg (587) - NETHERLANDS - AUG 7, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 7, 2017 Dit is een prima lager, met een redelijke verhouding zoet, bitterheid van hop en frisheid van graan.

vinivini (2992) - Gomel, BELARUS - AUG 6, 2017
Draught. Pours clear gold. Medium-sized white head. Aroma: grains, straw, spicy hop. Light bodied. Sweetish malts are the base of the taste. Clean. Light grassy bitterness. Very drinkable.

Pours golden body with nice white head. Aromas of cereal and corn. Some metallic notes. Medium bitterness, quite high in carbonation.

Senka (1093) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - FEB 4, 2015
From the archives: As far as local pale lagers go - this is a good one. Unfortunately it does fluctuate in quality - you can get flat pisswater, and you can get a medium bodied, hoppy lager.

ogivlado (8097) - Zagreb, CROATIA - AUG 4, 2014
Canned 500ml. -at random gas station in Lithuania. Straight from the can. Grainy, herbal and light bready with short bitterish finish...without anything new to talk about. Boring.

larsga (7656) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 6, 2014
Medium white head. Clear yellow body. Mealy herbal aroma with grainy notes. Dry-sweet mealy oily herbal taste with earthy notes. Not much going on. Mid-bodied. Faintly abrasive, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy herbal aftertaste with fruity notes. Decent, drinkable, no obvious flaws. (0.5l can from Maxxima, Vilnius.)

kiwianer (3428) - Otorohanga, NEW ZEALAND - JAN 13, 2013
The head is medium, the body light and cloudy. It smells milky, soft-creamy. The taste is milky, yeasty, smooth and a bit malty. Overall less then medium. 11/8/7/8/-/8

Mariusz (12080) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - MAY 19, 2012
Yellow coloured. Clear. Fluffy white head. Straw, sweetness, fruits and light spice in aroma and flavour. Thin bodied.

MrW (740) - Mechelen, BELGIUM - APR 4, 2012
50cl @ Kaunas Station. Fruity aroma, Pale with a white lasting head. I loved the taste, refreshing on a busy day, it was comparable with the Belgian Pilsners, but nothing special.
