at a tasting, thanks, srable thick bubbly off white creamy head, cloudy deepish brown color with red taints, aroma of stale dark bread, soy, oxidised and dried fruit hints, flavor of dried fruits and honey, light sourness, quite sweet. Not to bad for a kvass, but not that great either. DSG (15237) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - SEP 8, 2017

Rozmixovaný sladký žitný chleba. Nic víc k tomu nejsem schopný napsat. A taky jsem to nedopil... visionthing (5528) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUN 11, 2016
50cl bottle at TakeAway, Vilnius. Pours hazy brown with a fairly fast dissipating head. Malty and bready aroma with notes of raisins and caramel. Sweet and malt, but some acidity makes it quite drinkable. Quite tasty and disappear fairly fast from my glass.

500ml can (?, Poland)
Sweet malt extract aroma. Treaclier taste. Dark brown, brief tan head. Fizzy palate, sweetish, not as much as many macro giras. Slight lemony acidity. Drinkable, but not my favourite. Rune (13494) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAR 6, 2014
From a 500ml bottle. Stable tan-coloured head to an unclear red-brown body. Aroma of sweet bread. Taste of prunes and sweet malts. Honey sweet ending. Ok version of a kvas (kindly shared by djoeye, Tromsø 27.02.2014). djoeye (5203) - Tromsø, NORWAY - FEB 27, 2014

Kvass (gira), malts, prunes to the nose. 1 1/2 finger beige head on ruby-red-brown somewhat unclear body, only few lacings.
Tastes raisins, malts, prunes, apple, and lots of kvass (gira).
Fresh with alright carbonation. Juicy finish, and not too sweet this one. Good premium gira.
