COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The fermentation period lasts 28 days. It tastes slightly milder than lager beer but sweeter and less bitter resulted from tasty roasted malt.

UPDATED: AUG 3, 2009 Nice untypical dunkel weizen. Beautiful aroma. Great wood, some spice and fantastic wheat notes. Smooth and sweet. Nice dry and, hint of bitter is just about right. Worth a try. Howver, be open-minded - its not your usual dunkel weizen.

[Tap] Deep brown color with a beige head on top. Aromas of nutty malts, cocoa powder and light toffee. Notes of toasted bread, nuts, caramel, minerals and a dry graininess in the flavor. Very little bitterness. Lively carbonation. Tasting notes from 9/2014.

Draught at the brewpub in Singapore
Dark brown color. More than roasty, chocolate or nutty character, these dark malts give a dusty character to the beer; the bitterness is rather low.
Simple.

gnoff (9696) - Mlndal, SWEDEN - AUG 14, 2013
Draught (sampled) at the brewpub in Singapore on July 9, 2013.
Hazy dark brown color, brown head. Sweet, malty, grainy, hints of toffee scent. Malty, dry taste. Dry, mineral, sand like aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.
Swedish saying "Inte mycket att hnga i julgranen" suits this one rather well, not bad, clean and all, but wheres the life and charcter of the beer?

On tap at the crazy brewery in BKK. Always hilarious times people watching in there! Sweet cherry bark flavor with mild plum fruits, good malt, and incredibly smooth dunkel, and one of the better beers you can get in most of Thailand...
