On tap at Spark & Tawandang, pours a hazy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out light straw, cereal malt and some corn. Flavour is lightly sweet, with cereal malt, some corn and straw. Very clean and easy to drink. Actually decently made.

Tap at the Bangkok Rama 3 brewpub. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy long-lasting white head. The aroma is malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a watery, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. It’s not Chang!

Draft - Soft grains. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Soft grain with bready notes and a touch of apple.

Koelschtrinker (20395) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - NOV 21, 2016
Heller, wässrig herber Antrunk. Keine Würzigkeit, kein Hopfen, überaus langweilig. Etwas parfümiert im Mittelteil, kurzer herber Nachhall. Meh. 9/7/8/8//8

[Tap] Dark golden pour with a large amount of soapy foam on top. Faint nose of grass, pale malts and some vegetable. Flavors of light malts, grains, crackers and straw. Fairly clean and drinkable. Tasting notes from 9/2014.

olliejobbins (1578) - Dorking, Surrey, ENGLAND - NOV 7, 2014
Tried from draught in Phnom Penh. Slightly hazy yellow pour with creamy head. Aroma is floral, hoppy and citrussy. Fresh. Good smooth hoppy taste. Nice.

Draught at the brewpub in Singapore
Cloudy deep blond color.
Pleasant crispy malt aroma, but too weak and dry body, the malt has a paper accent; low bitterness. Easy but not flawed.

gnoff (10336) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - AUG 14, 2013
Draught (sampled) at the brewpub in Singapore on July 9, 2013.
Cloudy golden color, small white head. Malty and grainy scent. Malty, dry, grainy taste. Dry, grainy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium dry bitterness.
Not very interesting or really any character either, fairly bland and boring.

WheatKing (1338) - Phnom Penh, CAMBODIA - AUG 12, 2013
Draught at the Rama III location. F me, I take what feels like an hour long taxi ride to this place to escape the pale lagers and end up liking this the most. Hazy amber. Nose of light snappy floral hops, flavour is honestly horse blanket, for some reason I get that from unfiltered lagers. Finish lasts. More similar to the kellerbiers I’ve tried than any pale lager. Sat next to the taps, this was 90% of their pours, but it’s not only because it’s the most similar to the ubiquitous yellow fizz here, it’s just a really good beer imho.
