humlelala (1375) - DENMARK - NOV 29, 2015
(33 cl bottle from Christiania’s Indkøbscentral; BBD: May 8th 2015; Likely a Strubbe version) Poured at fridge temperature into a footed tulip from Aarhus Bryghus reveals a dark brown beer with one finger of off-whie head. Decent retention and lace. Aroma has notes of metal, toffee, chalk, banana and bread. Oily texture, medium carbonation, medium body and a toasted finish. Flavour is toasted and slightly sweet. Not terrible.
