Tasting at the ever gracious ChrisO’s. Clear deep amber beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is light and airy, modest fine carbonation. Slightly candyish sweet fruits, sweet dried fruits. Touch of tea. Light dry finish. Slightly odd but drinkable.
Must have been brewed in Belgium. Wonderfully sourish moments combined with wheat and some belgian yeast. Balanced aromas with a fine hoppy nose. Good one. McTapps (6941) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - JUN 9, 2014
Bottle from tomer - many, many thanks! Pours out in a deep dark colour with low ehad and medium body. Aroma of berries and barley. Taste of light malt, dried fruits, sour berries, wheat, bread and chcolate. Sour-quaffable finish with a light texture. Loved it. eRock_2013 (489) - South Carolina, USA - JUN 7, 2014
UPDATED: JUN 14, 2014 My first new local beer of what I hope to be many as I enjoy a two-month stay in Israel for a summer internship. Enjoyed a bottle of this from a street-side café in the Old City of Jerusalem, can’t think of a better setting than being at the brewery in the West Bank, which may be on the agenda for later in this trip. Features a solid brown-black schwarze style appearance with good white foamy head. Aroma was roasty and sweet, decent. Taste was very good, full roasty malt flavor that finishes almost with a burnt bitterness but is refreshing in its own way. Chocolate or caramel malt notes throughout. Full texture was enjoyable. Classified as a dunkel bock here but reminded me more of a shwarzebier. Either way a solid local brew, definitely will continue to sample this throughout my stay. Simple and not as sophisticated as most American micro-brew beer, but still respectable and recommended. Be sure to toast to peace for Palestine! minutemat (5784) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUN 4, 2014
Bottle @ Chriso May 14 tasting. Tis indeed dark, a touch sweet, fizzy and watery too with some cardboard alongside dark malts, fruits and cola. Have had better Palestine beer.

Bottle at Chriso. It pours deep ruby-brown with a small beige head. The nose is sweet, malty, dried fruits, Irn Bru, candy and some meatiness. The taste is toasty, dark fruit, cola, meat, earth, odd spicy ntoes and light tang with a dry, toasty finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not the best.... harrisoni (18970) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAY 25, 2014

Dark in the glass with a white head. slightly roasted smell. The beer starts smooth with a nice roasted caramel aroma. Not too sweet. The mainpart is full-bodied, nice caramel, slightly roasted with hints of sourness. Smooth. The aftertaste is medium, slightly malty sweet, nearly no bitterness.
Very nice for a beer from Palestine.
Dark reddish brown colour, diminishing beige head. Malty aroma, caramel, light coffee. Sweet malty flavour, sweet caramel. Bit thin body. Sweet caramel finish. Not bad, bit on the sweet side for me, but not bad at all.
