Bottle from DSG, thanks! Deep dark brown color, pours a big head. Caramel, roast, coffee and milk chocolate in the aroma. Malt, chocolate and roast in the flavor. Almost medium bodied, but still with a cream and cacao mouthfeel. Liked it! zvikar (6504) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - JUN 3, 2009
Black opaque with small mocca head that diminsh quickly, nice aroma of coffee caramel and nuts, well balanced, flavor of coffee caramel and chocolate, zesty on the tongue, body is medium, with pangent citrus and bitter finish. Impressive beer. bytemesis (9327) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - FEB 15, 2013
Bottle - much thanks to KerenMK for the new country tick! Pours clear dark brown to black with a ruby tint, medium off-white head that slowly disspates with nice lacing. Aroma is malty with notes of roasted malt, caramel, grass, and perhaps a bit of metal. Flavor is the same, initially smoky and a bit salty, although the smokyness fades with time. Medium sweet with a light grassy/metallic bitterness. Medium body. Interesting and certainly drinkable. kerenmk (5269) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - FEB 21, 2014

Dark in the glass with a white head. slightly roasted smell. The beer starts smooth with a nice roasted caramel aroma. Not too sweet. The mainpart is full-bodied, nice caramel, slightly roasted with hints of sourness. Smooth. The aftertaste is medium, slightly malty sweet, nearly no bitterness.
Very nice for a beer from Palestine.
Gift from Keren. Clear dark ruby, light brown lacing foam head. Weak caramel aroma, stronger taste, also nice bitterness. Lasting aftertaste. (Velp 201503) Ibrew2or3 (8860) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - MAR 13, 2016
RBWG16. Bottle pours with a mahogany colored body that supports a tan head. The modest aroma offers up dark roasted malts that are sweetened by prunes and blueberries and then it flows into mild spicy black strap molasses. The taste delivers earthy blueberry like esters as well as malts, some prunes, a modest degree of chocolate and then dark roasted malts. This is a really nice tasting roasty offering. DSG (15256) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - MAR 12, 2007
UPDATED: AUG 15, 2011 Re-rate 8/5/11: Bottle at the brewery. Bottled 3 days prior to my visit. Dark chocolate, roasted malt, toasted bread and a drier finish. Tasty and easy-drinking. Best bottle I’ve had so far. 7/3/7/3/14=3.4 Eyedrinkale (3235) - Astoria, New York, USA - JAN 26, 2008
Re-rate 8/4/08: Dark brown color with a medium bubbly slowly-diminishing beige head. Aroma of malt, some bread and coffee hints and some fruitiness. Sweet malty flavor with some toasted bread, caramel, fruits and light spiciness. Finishes drier with roasty notes, hints of licorice and alcohol. Medium-bodied. Quite tasty. 6/4/6/3/13=3.2
Bottle. Color is dark brown with a medium beige head that doesn’t last very long. Aroma is nice sweet malt with some caramel. Sweet malty flavor with a soft bitter finish. Medium bodied. The mouthfeel is a bit too thin but still quite pleasant. 6/3/6/3/12=3.1
Not much head as it pours pretty still. there’s some sourness on top of the really tasty toast flavor. Sweet caramel and maltiness are the real stars here. Great? No. Not bad either though just a tad on the sweet side.
