COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Unpasteurised.
Ingredients: Malted barley, hops, pure water, and yeast.
A distinctively flavoured beer with a clean, crisp taste. Taybeh (tai-bey) in Arabic means "delicious." Our Taybeh beer is hand-crafted in small batches in German traditional style using a top fermenting yeast and cold lagering. Brewed with only the finest natural ingredients. The fresh, flavourful alternative to imported beers.
This beer is also brewed for export at Strubbe in Belgium.

TEJA (3392) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 9, 2012
Bottle from the Swedish importers, thanks. Thick lasting off-white head. Clear golden color. Big aroma with lots of spices and some bensaldehyde (almonds). Small acidity and small malty taste that makes it crisp but the acid and bensaldehyde unfortunantly makes it erratic.

A: The beer pours a clear golden straw color with a fluffy white head that subsides somewhat quickly. S: Oh boy is this beer skunky. In fact, it pretty much dominates the nose and almost distracts you enough from the sourness, and olive brine aromas. Plenty of adjuncts and some butter, too. T: The flavor doesn’t necessarily have as many atrocious off-flavors, but it isn’t anything near good, either. Very watery with just the mildest malt flavor and sweetness. Still plenty of butter! M: Light in body with a medium carbonation. O: I think my first Palestinian beer my be my last.

Erfrischend! Danke an Barak für das Bier! Test vom 27.3.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,6,6,6,10,6 - 6,40

Cuso (8960) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - APR 7, 2011
Bottled, brought by friend from Betlehem. Dark golden color with small white head. Aroma is fruity, malty. Taste, bittersweet, malt, hops. Average beer, but originally from Palestina and it counts.
