Golden blonde colored with a nice head. Very airy nose with just a hint of grains. Tinny cereal grain body with a watery grain finish. Underpowered, and underwhelming. Vignale (3961) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAY 8, 2017
Flaska drucken på Talita Kum i Beit Jala. En helt okej Helles med smak av säd och ljust bröd med en örtig och gräsig beska.

Living in Jerusalem, this beer is my staple and, given limited choices, it’s not a bad option to be stuck with. It’s aroma - hay and grass - suits my preferences well and I enjoy its medium body and lively carbonation. Quality control at Taybeh does seem to be an issue as the beer can vary from batch to batch - in a way, this is all part of the experience, but it can be a bit annoying sitting down to enjoy a tasty cold one and being served something resembling a half-flat Carlsberg.
