Bottle. Picked up at a bottle shop in Athens, OH. Yummy beer. Lots of citrus and tropical fruit throughout the nose and flavor. Really nice beer, here. Would like to get more of this. ineedbeer (2302) - Oakland, California, USA - JUL 14, 2014
12 oz bottle. Aroma has a faint cracker malt character. Moderately strong tropical fruit and stone fruit notes with a lot of passion fruit. Lighter citrus character with faint hop resin. Pours a pale, Fairly clear, golden orange with a medium sized, moderately thick, white head. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a slight, sweet cracker and biscuit character with a bit of honey. Moderate bitterness with fairly strong hop character. Lots of tropical fruit, especially pineapple and passion fruit. Some light stone fruit character with a bit of resin and moderate citrus notes. Light alcohol notes in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice IPA with a great tropical fruit aroma and flavor. Nice complimentary stone fruit and citrus. The malt note is starting to turn or may be a bit of from what I prefer. Still a really good IPA. BPBrewCrew (18) - Batavia, Ohio, USA - JUL 14, 2014
The label is a concise indicator of what you will find inside the bottle. The label depicts a montage of confusion. I was not sure if I should get high or salute the British parliament. And after sampling the beer itself, I remained confused. I began pondering the worlds most intriguing questions. If I had a super power, what would it be? Why is there a unicorn in my room? What does the color purple taste like? How does aspirin know where to go? Oh... Wait... I was talking about white rajah beer. I forgot. Exactly.

Part of an IPA tasting, full pour. Amber/gold with tall frothy head. Lots of stone fruit up front in the nose...white nectarines stand out for some reason. Pineapple traits carry through as well. Taste has some mango, peach as well. Lighter on the fruits and heavier on the spruce notes in the body. Nice resiny finish. Gnarly. joepa66 (10) - New Philadelphia, Ohio, USA - JUL 7, 2014
Pour is a nice clear but deep golden with a nice foamy head. Citrus with a premium on peach and tangerine notes on the nose along with some piney aromas. The taste is tangy peach and tangerine as well with a hint of grapefruit and a piney after taste. The IPA is bitter but not harsh and a pleasure to drink. I would rate it as one of Ohio’s best and probably the best IPA I have had this summer.

First tried on draft in Columbus, OH at Crest Tavern. Got a 6 pick this afternoon at Savor Market in Columbus. Poured in a chilled, stemless wine glass. This IPA smells terrific, deep and pungent floral and pine, a fresh cut lawn on a Sunday afternoon. Nice foamy head (poured hard to induce more head). The piney flavor envelops the tongue and leaves delicious aftertaste. This is one of Ohio’s finest IPA offerings. Jojojam (91) - Ohio, USA - JUL 1, 2014
Growler. Brilliant citrus nose. Beautiful lacing. The taste is awesome, more citrus with some sweetness and a nice malty balance. Maybe the best OHIPA.

Bottle... Clear golden ale with a small, brief, white head. The aroma delivers loads of resin, grapefruit and musk. Full-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. The flavor is all about heavy bitterness - both rindy and tannic. Finishes raspy, bitter, and then dry. Bottle courtesy of ctipping! fonefan (52417) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUN 23, 2014

[ As The Brew Kettle White Rajah IPA ].
[ Courtesy of my Secret Winter Santa ]. Clear medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, flowers, perfume, pine, citrus - fruity. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, perfume, pine, dry, hoppy, fruity, woody hop notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
12 ounce bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but should be pretty fresh. Pours slightly hazy deep gold color with a 2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, floral, grass, pine, honey, light caramel, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fantastic aromas with awesome complexity of big citrus/tropical/grassy hops with light-moderate malt balance; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pine, floral, grass, honey, light caramel, and floral/grassy earthiness. Good amount of pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, lemon zest, orange peel/rind, pine, floral, grass, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity or bright citrus/tropical/grassy hops and light-moderate malt sweetness; with a crisp malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and sticky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is well hidden with only a slight warming present after the finish. Overall this is an incredible IPA. All around fantastic complexity of bright citrus/tropical/grassy hops with light-moderate malt balance; and extremely smooth and crisp to drink. An extremely outstanding offering.
