It goes down smooth but there really isn't any flavor to it. Just an average beer at best.

My favorite beer in Mexico, and the best for rodeos. It is cheap, the can appearance is a plus.

This beer tasted ok. However it was a little cheaper than a Corona and tasted very similiar. Nothing too special though

40 oz bottle-well, my band members and I decided to go to a mexican restaurnt for dinner the other night and my guitarist bought me a 40 of this stuff. It was quite refreshing when eating very hot mexican food and after a long day in the field doing geomorphic mapping.

This is a pretty good beer for a Mexican beer but doesn't measure up to American standards. The best part about this beer is that Toby Keith mentions it in a song.

wilkie (1208) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - APR 8, 2004
Fizzy, white head. Pours straw colored, clear. Very carbonated. Has a skunky, sweet nose--a little malty there. Flavor is faint bitter up front and slight malt at the end. Otherwise, not much else. In NC, this is not a very cheap beer, but when I lived in TX, it cost about as much as it should. Better than bud, but not by much.

unclebleen (620) - California, USA - APR 4, 2004
Pours a yellow color with a small head that sticks around. Aroma is grassy and metallic. Taste is the same. Better than some other american standards.

clutchrogers (90) - Broussard, Louisiana, USA - APR 3, 2004
aromas of sweet maltiness and faint hops. straw color with a light head. flavor of malt and sugar and faint hop biterness. watery mouthfeel.

sethdude (706) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - MAR 31, 2004
Smells sweet and slightly skunked, no head, very little carbonation. A pale golden color. Taste is fairly common american standard, better than others in the style.

Antonioism (11) - Warrensburg, Missouri, USA - MAR 31, 2004
A decent beer, I'm surprised considering its an American Standard, I was expecting a more budwiezerish taste. It reminds me of the Pacifico Clara. Decent beer.
