The color is dark amber and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, syrup and light nuts. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, syrup, caramel, nuts and the finish is slightly dry. It’s a really nice dunkel. oldrtybastrd (5002) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - MAR 29, 2010

Darker amber coloured, small off-white head, weak notes of nuts in the nose. Mild roasted malt, milk chocolate and caramel with light coffee notes in rather sweet finish. All in all could be better.

Poured a brown bodym relatively pale, with a medium sized off white head that went away relatively fast. Some roasty malt in the nose, weak. The taste delivers on the weak promise. Too watery, light roastiness, not too sweet, not too bad, not interesting.
Bottle 0,5 l, 5.5%. Amber brown, off white head. Nose has some metal, some caramel and maybe milk chocolate. Flavor is very slightly roasty, fudge and maybe alcohol and sweetener. Not the best, but also not my favourite style. KimJohansen (10492) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - OCT 17, 2009
Clear amber with a medium sized beige head. Aroma had roasted malt, caramel and hints of chocolate. Flavour was sweet and had roasted malt, caramel, chocolate and rye bread. The grassy hops came through towards the finish. Nice one. yngwie (17038) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - SEP 27, 2009
Bottle. A clear, copper-colored beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Malty sweetness and a light vegetal touch in the aroma. Dried fruits, caramel, grains and some roasted notes too. Maybe a hint of alcohol. The flavor is caramel sweet with grains. Some metal and bitterness towards the end, growing stronger towards the finish. The finish is sweet also. Full-bodied and smooth. Maybe a bit on the sweet side, but tasteful and easy drinkable. 090728 fonefan (48737) - VestJylland, DENMARK - SEP 10, 2009
Bottle 50cl. @ home.Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - AUG 27, 2009
Clear medium brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, hay, roasted, nutty, keller, light chocolate, soap. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
0.5 l bottle from Beerangel. Amber color with small head. Nutty, toasty, caramelly and slightly berryish aroma. Nutty, toasty, toffeish, caramelly and somewhat crisp flavor. Mild, maybe aromas and flavors have faded.
