Good, brownish head over deep-amber beer. Nutty, bready nose, autumn leaves, sweet and very malty. Nutty malts taste (maybe slightly aged?), ending on chestnut flour. Though also a bit woody, mainly one big malt explosion. Very slick, even when not very well-bodied. Long-ish sweetish aftertaste. OK Dunkel, on the sweet side. oldrtybastrd (5228) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - MAR 29, 2010
