So good to be #10 rater. 750 c&c from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Batch No. 81. Opens with a cannon shot. Pours light gold with a fizzy/creamy white head. Aroma is mildly bready with some grassy hop. Med + body. The carb is very frothy. There’s a lot of grass, and the breadiness is not obnoxious. The BC may be a bit over the top, but there’s an incredible amount of flavor. The bitter is tearing at my jaw hinges. This after finishing off a Evil Twin Freudian Slip. I’m nominating this one for an Imperial Pilsner. Excellent lager (and I’m not a friend of those for the most part). jtclockwork (17101) - , New Jersey, USA - NOV 6, 2011
Bottle thanks to a generous trader. Pours cloudy gold. White head. Nose/taste of pilsener malt, bready malt, yeast, lemon and light banana. Medium body. Lots of pleasant lemons and breads throughout. changeup45 (1731) - Lake Mary, Florida, USA - MAR 15, 2012
Bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar. Pours a clear yellow color with a thick fluffy white head. A thin layer sticks, leaving some decent lacing. The aroma is pretty much what you’d expect; bready and grassy, with corn, herbs, and a little lemon. The flavor falls right in line with that. No surprises or thrills. But this is pretty solid. Nothing skunky, just simple, clean, and refreshing. The bready sweetness is countered nicely by a dry and bitter finish. Yeah, I like it.

Bottle. Yellow-straw beer with a big white head. Malt andlight spice aroma. Malt and spice flavor with light mineral notes. Medium bodied. Malt and spice lingers with light mineral notes. kaser (6360) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 30, 2016
Clear yellowish pour with white head. Ate spicy food with it and it couldn't be a better pairing. Light refreshing Pilsner. Had this poured from draft at Telegraph Brewing in Santa Barbara. beersearcher (2382) - Glendale, California, USA - NOV 2, 2010
Pours a really light yellow almost to the point of white. Initially clear but the bottom of the bottle is more hazy. Crisp and without any of the corn tastes of the bad pils. Nice fluffy head on this with each pour. macro drinkers will find this to be superior marcus (10582) - Sacramento, California, USA - JUN 6, 2012
Bottle from City Beer. Pours clear yellow with a massive meringue-like white head and a sharp banana aroma. There is a surprisingly thick pilsner flavor wtih a dry bitter finish.
