Wheats phenolic, cloudy yellow, very light yellow with white poofie head. Taste wheat grain and some hops. Finishes dry with a decent yeast character to it. beermaker69 (14) - Oceanside, USA - APR 9, 2012
Aroma was average with a ting of cereal. Similar to a Weisse beer. Don’t know if there was Oxygenation on this one but had a bit of funky taste to it. Not an above average Wheat. SDalkoholic (2434) - Linda Vista, California, USA - MAR 2, 2012
Bottle from South Bay Drugs. It appeared with clear clarity at first but once it reaches the remainder of the bottom half of the bottle it becomes hazed and dusty. Color is a glowing yellow with a soapy layer of foam that flattens out over after some minutes have passed. A delicate and moderate aroma of light spicing and fruit scents come alive but this smell is actually stronger than the flavor. The flavor is a bland and empty wheat and grain taste that almost taste artificial. Not a brew worth spreading the word about but I could see how a six pack of this on a hot day would hit the spot. jeff789 (1423) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 20, 2012
Pale yellow clear w a decent white head, huge lacing... Lots of citrus light wheat aroma, lightly tart but somewhat sweet... Lightly tart, fairly sweet wheat easy drinking... Wish it were more tart but still a really nice wheat... beerguy101 (5364) - Newark, California, USA - NOV 5, 2011
Sampled on 10/22/2011. This wheat beer pours a medium orange gold color from a 750ml cork and caged bottle. Medium sized white foamy head, decent retention and nice lacing. The aroma is cereal and grain, hints of orange and citrus, and sweet. A medium bodied wheat beer. The malts are grainy and sweet, citrusy and orange. Perhaps a touch of tartness. The hops are herbal and spicy. Nice lively carbonation. Crisp and clean. A lot of hops and citrusy for a wheat beer. Very refreshing. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

sample at Telegraph on 7/2/11. bright golden with a small white head. light tart nose with cucumber and broccoli notes. light to medium body with a soft and smooth character with more vegetable notes. semi-dry finish with a medium bitterness. interesting beer. joeneugs (6372) - Livermore, California, USA - MAY 15, 2011
On tap at Beer Revolution. It pours pale yellow with a fluffy white head. The aroma is lemony tart and herbal with a hint of yogurty lacto. The flavor is lemons and spicy tart wheat, yogurt, and a strong citrus peel bitterness. The mouthfeel is nice. This was a pleasant surprise, as it tastes more like a hoppy berliner weisse than a wheat ale. marcus (10736) - Sacramento, California, USA - APR 22, 2011
Bottle from Beer Revolution. Pours cloudy amber with a massive off-white head and a sour wheat aroma. The flavor, too, is quite sour, and I suspect an infected batch. Way too sour and funky for a wheat beer. Having said that, it is still an interesting brew worth drinking, if just for its novelty. mrhoppy (1196) - Santa Clara, California, USA - DEC 30, 2010
Wow! Very fresh lemon juice type sourness. Kind of abrupt. Lemon tart not vinegar tart. Something with the yeast is off and slightly offensive because the sweetness isn’t there to balance it out. There other beers have a nice smooth roundness that this one doesn’t. tastybeer (1853) - Indiana, USA - NOV 13, 2010
Draft. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Flavor is tart, spices, definitely funky. Reminded me of a berlinerweisse.
