Sampled in Switzerland in 2001. Was very well priced at little over 25 US cents. was very light with minimal flavor but packed a good punch of alcohol. worth a try if you are looking for more than a sipping beer. Sten (758) - Westerlo, BELGIUM - FEB 17, 2007
Golden coloured beer with a white head. Almost no aroma and not much of a flavour. (Can 50cl) blue757 (6) - Chur, SWITZERLAND - SEP 30, 2006 does not count
Pretty uninspiring no-name supermarket beer. Some hops. This beer clearly wins by adding lemonade for a shandy. Aubrey (3516) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - SEP 26, 2006
Tallboy can purchased at a COOP in Switzerland: Pale yellow hue. Light and watery texture with a lively carbonation. Malts were weak; slightly bready. Very mild bitterness, with hardly any aroma to speak of, other than some disturbing herbs and mustiness. In the aftertaste the bitterness seemed to build on the tongue; not in an appealing way, though. Not good at all. ogivlado (8108) - Zagreb, CROATIA - JUL 19, 2006
Canned(500ml). –like I said before, these two Coop beers (Helvetia and Tell), are similar by taste, alcohol content, maybe the brewer, but mostly by being equally BAD. So, what to said? Nothing; never again…

Oooh... lucky me, a Swiss supermarket beer... This stank like hell of... old apple juice, slightly acidic nose. Golden colour, huge, thick, firm steadfast white head. Gotta love chemicals in action..... Still, it looked quite good. The taste is primarily alcohol (never a good thing in a 4.8% beer), malty (in a... erm... negative nutty/nougaty way), and apples again. Guess I can be glad Coop doesn’t import this here...
Geneva - This is a plain old lager, gold, hardly any smell or complexity to the flavor. It doesn’t matter, it was the main beer I could find there and it is like Natty Light in a way I guess. Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 24, 2005
UPDATED: JUN 23, 2005 (Can 50 cl) Ordinary golden beer, decent head. A hint of hops and then nothing else. Typical bland Swiss lager. And yes, of course their had to be a beer by this name in Switzerland. 090703 Dorqui (2261) - Brescia, ITALY - JAN 20, 2005
Compact foam of good persistence. Yellow color clearly, pale and diamond. Light scent. Bond the first assay. Then a end gets lost and leaves alcoholic and little bitter. jbrus (4988) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - SEP 24, 2004
Grain aroma with a little skunky hops. Pale golden, white head, few lace. Grainy, light bitter, lightly hopped, metal, oily finish.
