Clear amber color with a small white head.
Grainy malt, citrusy hops and moderate bitterness in the aroma.
The flavor is dry citrusy hops, moderate bitterness, sweet malt and grainy dryness. Just a little unbalanced.
Clear brilliant Amber/copper under a thin ivory head. Lovely floral hop aroma with a delightful orange zest and beautiful dry hop earthiness. Smooth and piney and slightly grapefruit rind-y flavor that’s complexly earthy and bitter, slightly acidic, with a mellow crisp caramalty finish. avena319 (17) - Colorado, USA - JUN 24, 2016
Nitro draft @ 740 front street. The aroma is suttle with a slight malt overtone. The finish is slightly bitter, but refreshing. The nitro brings out the hops. RSRIZZO (1986) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - JUN 17, 2016
12oz can (courtesy of neighbor Bob) poured into a Shaker at 42°. Color is a deep golden with light carbonation and just a thin white ring for a head. Aroma is citrus hops and spice. It has a medium body with a crisp mouth feel. Flavor comes on a malty back bone with a hint of fruit some hop spice and a nice bitterness. After taste is a little more bitterness and the fruit hangs on a bit. Overall its good Pale Ale, balanced and not over done.
