Too much carbonation and bite for an English IPA. Lacks some level of Maltiness. But good and drinkable.

UPDATED: JUN 12, 2017 Deep cloudy yellow-orange, head lingers quite a while. Sweet juicy aroma with pineapple and tangerine. Taste is more citrus juiciness, pretty smooth. JorgeLee (2309) - Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 2, 2017
Can, Whole Foods Chicago. Decent amber colour, white foam. Nice bready malt, quite fruity citrusy hops. Soft carbonation. Clean fermentation. I guess more malty than most American IPSa but with the hops/yeast selection I wouldnt say it felt super authentically English. Quite pleasant though, the fruity hops and malts sit nicely together. slowrunner77 (13368) - Reno, Nevada, USA - MAY 13, 2017
Medium orange, thin white cap. Citrusy for an English IPA, but still an English IPA...a little earthy and malt leaning. Low bitterness, medium body. kathouse (1942) - LAS VEGAS, Nevada, USA - MAY 8, 2017
There is no bitterness, but the flavors just don’t jump out. Malt is rich but hops don’t take the spotlight like they should.

Orange, lemon, and mild floral aroma. Golden, lite copper, cloudy, and white head. Medium bodied, creamy, citrus. Medium bitterness medium dryness, and sessionable.

Can. Golden with one finger head. Medium body, a bit more malt than I generally prefer, but this is well done. Substantial punchy citrus hops. A bit of tropical as well. Dfonorow (2358) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 24, 2016
From the can. Pour is hazy golden with notes of grass, lemon, and slight orange rind. Finish is a bit watery and thin. seymour (2123) - Maplewood, Missouri, USA - NOV 27, 2016
Poured from 12oz can (cool graphic design) into nonic pub glass, a clear golden colour with white foam, lasting with lace. Malty, moderate hoppiness: orange, grapefruit, grassy, some woodsy resin, black currant, black pepper, not severely bitter. Mellow mouthfeel, slight mushy oxidation, medium body and carbonation, a bit too much alcoholic heat. Fairly tasty and easy-drinking, but not sure why it won a GABF Silver Medal for English IPA. What did the brewer, and what did the judges, mean by that? There is nothing in this beer--not the malt, hops, nor yeast--which is distinctly English in character. A missed opportunity. 12oz can 11/2/16 (Binny’s Plainfield Pick Six)-48° in Shaker-Pours a cloudy orangish amber with a small white head. Aroma of hops and citrus. Taste of the same. This medium bodied brew is well balanced and has a bit of malton the back end.
