IPA that is super drinkable with a big dry hop character and plenty of malt body. If we could only produce one beer this would be it.

Keg Third of a Pint at BrewDog, Camden, London in Jan 2016 - Clear Orangey Gold in colour. Good foamy off-white head. Excellent lacing. Very Fruity; tangy bitter grapefruit and orange citrus, rind. Hoppy; piney resinous hops, assertive hop bitterness. Malty; toasty malts, caramel. Bitter citrus fruity and resinous piney hoppy throughout. Tasty. Enjoyed this. Good fruity hoppy IPA! (2016-01-27)

Aroma: biscuit, pine, grapefruit ; 1st nose is floral, grapefruit, and maybe mango, low alcohol feel, 2nd half of glass is more bitter; Appearance: copper, hazy, white minimal head ; Taste: medium to high bitterness, light sweetness ; full body, slick feel, soft carbonation, long bitter finish. The mouth is filled with biscuit and citrus flavour. Very drinkable, classic but efficient. Would pair well with smoked ham and Comt.

Golden brown, big caramel malt whack in the nose with citrus notes. Kinda old school pnw IPA. Big malt backbone. Decent bitterness. Not overly complex but solid IPA

Bottle. Teku. Orange, hazy, almost two finger off-white head. Good lacing and average head retention. Aroma is mainly sweet citrus fruit, honey-like malts, some biscuity notes, pineapple, some lightly earthy and resinous notes. Also you can feel from time to time the hoppy dankness. Taste like old-school west coast IPA, strong bitter notes remind me citrus peel, pretty constant long-lasting with strong accent in the end. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, finish is long-lasting, bitter and citrusy. In general this is traditional west coast IPA, not juicy, neither lightly, but heavily hopped wit nice citrus notes.
