Decent enough stout. maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUN 13, 2013
Cask from Cask Pub & Kitchen. Pours dark brown with a small, very firm beige head and great lacing. Heavy ash and burnt notes with roast and espresso. Smells good. Light vanilla and coffee in the taste. Reminds me of an iced coffee from back home. Some light roast behind it all. Thin mouth feel but I guess that comes with the ABV. Solid stuff for a low alcohol beer jfb (6256) - GERMANY - MAY 24, 2013

downender (8658) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 28, 2012
Appearance: Black body with a large tan head that holds well. Light lacing.
Taste: Red grape and chocolate with a slightly tangy finish. Nice balance of citrus and malt flavours.
Palate: Medium body with a slick, oily texture. Average carbonation.
Overall: Brewed as a low ABV ’Irish style’ stout - I’d definitely choose this over Guinness.
Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 12/10/2012. Near black in colour with a slight, off-white head. Decent stout, with plenty of dark fruits, some chocolate and a dryish finish. Good.
