Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, citrus, grapefruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, roasted, coffee notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Corner, Vaasa. Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some dried fruits, raisins, alcohol and mild wooden notes. Flavour is roasted, ashy and some dried dark fruits.

Forgetfu Tasting at ChrisOs. Deep amber beer with a very light haze. Big fluffy pale tan head. Palate is airy and light. Mild dark malts, airy with a touch of very light cream. Decent piney hops morphing in to mild tropical fruits, Little citric bitterness. Light semi dry finish. Comes together well, very drinkable.

Bottle at Bruce’s - London. Huge thanks to Paul for this Scottish gem. Pours deep brown with a large, frothy beige head. The aroma holds some juicy citrus, wet pine, subtle toast. Medium sweet flavor with tons of juicy orange and grapefruit, subtle roast, a bit of sticky pine, dirt. Medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. From trade with Douberd, many thanks! 33cl bottle. Pours pitch black with a medium good lasting tan head. Aroma of coffee, burned malt, very hoppy, spruce. Taste is very hoppy, spruce, vanilla, toffee, coffee in the aftertaste, very delicious!
