Light to medium sweet flavour, with grainy pale malts, rindy citrus, bitter hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Lightly pithy on the finish, with more citrus notes, pale grains. Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Thin pale malts. An unusual parma violet burst before piney hop and grapefruit peel. Touch of orange before a light semi dry finish. Nicely joined up.

Cask gravity at Craft 100. It pours clear gold with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, fragrant, tangerine, mango, peach, orange blossom and a touch of soap. The taste is crisp, bitter, minerals, grass, straw, bread, grapefruit and light spice. Finish is dry. Medium body and fine carbonation. Works rather well. Fresh and very drinkable.
