Draft at Craft 100 Spring 2016 - Craft Beer Co. Clapham, London. Pours clear yellow with a frothy, white head. The nose has light floral accents, lemon rind, pale bread. Light to medium sweet flavour, with grainy pale malts, rindy citrus, bitter hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Lightly pithy on the finish, with more citrus notes, pale grains. Good golden ale.

Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Thin pale malts. An unusual parma violet burst before piney hop and grapefruit peel. Touch of orange before a light semi dry finish. Nicely joined up.
