W nosie średnio intensywnie, bardzo słodko, przejrzałe mango, karmel, nuty miodowe. Barwa bursztynowa, lekkie zamglenie, piana ładna, drobnopęcherzykowa. W smaku słodowe, sporo żywicy i karmelu, finisz trochę mdławy. Goryczka średnia żywiczno-alkoholowa. Mimo niezbyt świeżej butelki to jednak mocno średnio jak na Tempest. Butelka do 09.03.2018

Kicsi, tartós hab, sötét borostyán szín. Citrusos, déligyümölcsös, ananászos illat, némi fenyős beütéssel. Keémes, citrusos, ananászos, mangós, barackos ízek, határozott fenyős aromákkal. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas és keserű. Finom, jól eltalált, íntenzív ízvilágú sör.

UPDATED: NOV 19, 2017 330ml bottle (Ales By Mail) (6:4:5:3-:10=2.8-)
Very sweet caramelly aroma, some tinned peach and mandarin. Misty-to-hazy orange, tight head settles to a sticky lacing and a ring. Sweet malty taste, caramelly, but starchy also. Very messy hopping too, mosaic wreaking havoc everywhere. Full palate, but it's a bit slick. Finish fairly bitter, but has a starchiness too, and even a salty chalkiness. Poor DIPA, a bit of a mess.

Gerbeer (4221) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 29, 2017
On tap. Pours a hazy amber with moderate head. Aromas of dull tropical fruit and bready malts. Maybe a bit of white pepper. Flavors of chewy doughy malts, dried peaches, and melons; with a little toffee. No hint of the ABV. Wunderbar.

Bottle direct from brewery via Eebria, consumed at home Thursday 26th October 2017. Soft squidgy ripe tropical fruits on the nose. Some warmth in the mouth from the abv but it's smooth and the hops despite the sweetness is punchy and really comes through. Excellent beer. Hazy warm gold with a white head. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 4.0
