COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is brewed using 2-Row, wheat, Vienna and caramel malts and is hopped with Summit’s for bittering and flavor and Ahtanum for aroma. This IPA was also dry-hopped, meaning hops were put in the fermentors and serving tanks to give a big citrus and spicy aroma, with Ahtanum, Challenger and Chinook hops. Our IPA is an American style IPA that has a high amount of bitterness but is well balanced and very drinkable.

Bottle. Golden and lightly frothy, this carries more of a malty character than Id expect. Theres a little bit of an oily topping in here, but overall, I think most beer snobs expecting an American IPA would find this a bit restrained. That said, its quite clean and well made, and frankly, everyone calls just about anything an IPA these days. (#6034, 9/13/2015)

650ml bomber pours a golden orange color with a 2 finger white head that had some nice retention and settled to leave only a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is grapefruit and passionfruit with some spicy hops and caramel. Taste is a bold grapefruit bitterness with some passionfruit and caramel malt sweetness with a light spicy hop bitterness in the finish. A very nice IPA styled brew that was just a little unbalanced for my tastes.

Golden pour with creamy white head and lace. Full citrus aroma. Full semi sweet maltiness with a nice hard bitter. Good carbonation from a medium bodied beer. The best beer so far here by far for me.

Bartender said this was to become one of the new regular beers. A light citrus aroma. This is pretty good. A hop bite that grows strongest in the middle. Very yellow in color. This isnt a mellow IPA but it isnt wimpy at any point either. Liking it.

Draught at the Pub at Monte Carlo in Las Vegas. A great beer from a local Las Vegas brewery. This beer overdosed on hops and carries a big hoppy aroma and flavour. On the palate it was thick and seemed to coat the tongue. Bronzed amber in colour with some patches of light sand colour foam.

Cask at the SD Real Ale Fest 2012. Clear golden amber pour, off white head. Piney hops, sweet malts, bit citrusy, and lightly bitter. A decent IPA, pretty standard fair.

Pours a slightly hazy golden orange on nitro tap with thick creamy head that leaves great nitro lace. Aroma of mild citrus hops with biscuit and caramel malt tones over the whole thing. Taste follows with a hint more of the hops, bittersweet piney finish. Creamy mouth, mild all around, but not bad.
