COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is brewed using 2-Row, wheat, Vienna and caramel malts and is hopped with Summit’s for bittering and flavor and Ahtanum for aroma. This IPA was also dry-hopped, meaning hops were put in the fermentors and serving tanks to give a big citrus and spicy aroma, with Ahtanum, Challenger and Chinook hops. Our IPA is an American style IPA that has a high amount of bitterness but is well balanced and very drinkable.

650ml brown bottle. Deep gold coloured brew with some haze. Sturdy white foam on top. Good looking bands of lace left on the glass. Nose has a pleasant sweet fruitiness, noticeable caramel and toasted malt notes, citrus and pine notes as well. Taste has caramel malt base, orange peel, grapefruit, pine. Long finish, grapefruity and spicey/piney aftertaste, medium bitterness. Medium bodied, mild carbonation, good drinkability. Pleasant IPA, would drink again.

Bottle: Big and fluffy head. Doughy malts with notes of sweet cocoa powder and a little caramel. Hops are decent, with subtle nips of flowers and grass, but they lack depth, aroma and bitterness. Overall, it’s an OK beer, but it’s just a little too malt forward, and it has a hop level that’s more on par with a pale ale.

Draft at GABF. Pours an attractive deeper orange-copper with offwhite head. Nose is really bright. Orange peel, grapefruit, some juicy mango notes as well. Faint biscuity malts. On tasting, it is really nice. Lots of bitterness supporting this one. Orangey hops. Nice and dry and a big upgrade over the IIPA.

Has a real buttery flavor, it's a nice smooth flavor with not too much hop bitternes. It's a great beer for the beer drinker ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I liked this a little more than most. It has a citrus aroma from an amber pour with a dense foamy head. The flavor is bitter hops with a hint of malt. The finish is dry and crisp.

On tap at The Pub in the Monte Carlo. Mild to low carbonation. Small off white head leaving good lacing. Aroma is grapefruit and somewhat floral, with a hint of chocolate. Taste is some hops with a solid malt backing for a nice balance. Aftertaste is faintly hoppy. Very solid ipa. Wish they would distribute.

Bomber from the Gold Coast in Vegas. Bottled at 7.2%. Decent IPA. Fair amount of hoppiness, but a very average brew all in all.
