COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is brewed using 2-Row, wheat, Vienna and caramel malts and is hopped with Summit’s for bittering and flavor and Ahtanum for aroma. This IPA was also dry-hopped, meaning hops were put in the fermentors and serving tanks to give a big citrus and spicy aroma, with Ahtanum, Challenger and Chinook hops. Our IPA is an American style IPA that has a high amount of bitterness but is well balanced and very drinkable.

650ml brown bottle. Deep gold coloured brew with some haze. Sturdy white foam on top. Good looking bands of lace left on the glass. Nose has a pleasant sweet fruitiness, noticeable caramel and toasted malt notes, citrus and pine notes as well. Taste has caramel malt base, orange peel, grapefruit, pine. Long finish, grapefruity and spicey/piney aftertaste, medium bitterness. Medium bodied, mild carbonation, good drinkability. Pleasant IPA, would drink again.

bottle-pours clear orange with lots of cascading carbonation and a slightly off whtie soapy head with minimal lacing. floral nose-lite nectar, flowers, lite pine, lite medicinal lite metallic notes. flavors are well balanced-swet malts, spicy floral hops with a touch of metallic notes. the beer seems a bit aged but really holds up pretty well. next time im in vegas i will go to the brewery. some nice herbal tea notes as it warmed up a bit. definately solid!

On tap at the brewery. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Really surprising. Tasty citrus with mild grapefruit notes. Perfect balance. Good body and mouthfeel. Another really fine beer from Tenaya Creek......

Bottle: Big and fluffy head. Doughy malts with notes of sweet cocoa powder and a little caramel. Hops are decent, with subtle nips of flowers and grass, but they lack depth, aroma and bitterness. Overall, it’s an OK beer, but it’s just a little too malt forward, and it has a hop level that’s more on par with a pale ale.

Cloudy orange appearance. Super floral aroma and a really vibrant taste. Light and refreshing while packing a punch.

Draft at GABF. Pours an attractive deeper orange-copper with offwhite head. Nose is really bright. Orange peel, grapefruit, some juicy mango notes as well. Faint biscuity malts. On tasting, it is really nice. Lots of bitterness supporting this one. Orangey hops. Nice and dry and a big upgrade over the IIPA.

On tap at The Pub in the Monte Carlo. Mild to low carbonation. Small off white head leaving good lacing. Aroma is grapefruit and somewhat floral, with a hint of chocolate. Taste is some hops with a solid malt backing for a nice balance. Aftertaste is faintly hoppy. Very solid ipa. Wish they would distribute.
