Very light aroma with only hints of yeast and dough. Clearish yellow in color. Bland flavor - nothing really there. Overly thin. Slight medicinal finish.
Nice simple apple juice like fruity yeasty malt aroma. Clear medium gold color. Nice crispness, yet a bit thin. Lightly hopped, but I thought this was actually a pretty decent pilsner and was one of the better beers at Tenaya Creek. kp (10882) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - SEP 1, 2007

clear light yellow, light sweet malt flavor, corn like sweetness, light bitterness, must be a hit with the rolling rock crowd,
Aroma: 2/10; Appearance: 3/10; Flavor: 2/10; Palate: 2/10; Overall: 5/20
The score was calculated based upon the notes and an old scoring system.
Dull straw colour. Slight diacetyl, slight grain and some spiciness. A bit peanutty, and also a bit underfermented (worty). Herbal but sweet finish. Almost tastes like Delster NA.

On tap @ Tenaya Creek poured a clear golden yellow with a small diminishing white head. Aromas of bread, straw and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of cereal and light citrus with a crisp clean finish. fiulijn (20372) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 14, 2006

Deep blond color, with creamy head. The aroma is delicate, peachy. Good and smooth mouthfeel; some malt flavor, with medium to low bitterness, and a peachy trait.

Gold Medal Pilsner
Blond color. Very light aroma. Dry mouthfeel, poor flavor, quite strong bitterness.
Suprised to see that this won a gold medal. Pale yellow-watery appearance. Mostly there is just something really odd about this beer. Dry hop finish, but also lumpy. Not great for sure. tiggmtl (4545) - East York, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 7, 2005
Leafy, green, vegetal hop nose. Hazy yellow golden coloured body with a low white head that recedes to ring. Grainy sweet malt flavour with some herbal hops and light bitterness. Light body with crisp, sharp, overly strong carbonation and somewhat watery texture. Sampled at GABF 2005.

Light golden and clear with a thin head. Light and lively carbonation; light body. Fairly sweet base (cereal, grains). Hops were grassy and flowery. Mild bitterness. Really missed a saaz kick.
