On tap at The Pub in the Monte Carlo, Las Vegas. Comes clear pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of malt, grain and hops. Taste is grain, malt, citrus and some hops. Mild bitterness. Pleasant. decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - MAR 12, 2009
Golden pour with creamy white head and lace. Corn, light malt, and a hint of hops. Light corn, very light malt, and a light bitter. Pretty foamy but not thin. A beer close to being real good. dwyerpg (6219) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAR 20, 2006
Suprised to see that this won a gold medal. Pale yellow-watery appearance. Mostly there is just something really odd about this beer. Dry hop finish, but also lumpy. Not great for sure. JK (6192) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - OCT 31, 2015
GABF 2015. A little sweet for a pilsner, malt, but it is hard to get away from the sweet flavor I am picking up and it is far too much for a pils. It is drinkable enough. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - DEC 27, 2010
GABF 2010. POurs a pale yellow golden with a thin white head. Aroma is grassy crackery pils malts, some straw and husk dustiness with light herbal hints. Flavor is light pils malt, cracker, some white wine hints, mineral light metallic, grass, earth and a dry mineral finish with a bit of astringency. A bit off.

Leafy, green, vegetal hop nose. Hazy yellow golden coloured body with a low white head that recedes to ring. Grainy sweet malt flavour with some herbal hops and light bitterness. Light body with crisp, sharp, overly strong carbonation and somewhat watery texture. Sampled at GABF 2005.

Draught at the brewery. Looks like their pils differs greatly between batches. Luckily mine was pretty nice. Slightly above average pils that had a little more hop than typical. Crisp, easy drinking style that finished with some cereal notes. 50belair (3656) - Florida, USA - OCT 20, 2014
On tap at the brewery. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Light malty aromas. Really good body. Pleasant malty notes. Very good balance. I am not a fan of Pilsners, but this is an exception. It truly is, the very best beer of that style I have ever had. Aubrey (3516) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - OCT 26, 2004
Light golden and clear with a thin head. Light and lively carbonation; light body. Fairly sweet base (cereal, grains). Hops were grassy and flowery. Mild bitterness. Really missed a saaz kick. OldGrowth (3474) - the Containment Area, North Carolina, USA - OCT 7, 2004
Sample at brewpub. Ok nose, litely lemon and sourdough. Clean pale yellow color. Sweet and bitter. Citrus, lemon lime, toasted malts, hint of a clove or corriander. Lite body, kinda creamy, little bite on finish. Tasty enough, very drinkable. Though it was my first brew of the day and I had been hiking for a few hours so almost anything would of been good.
