On tap at the brewery. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Light malty aromas. Really good body. Pleasant malty notes. Very good balance. I am not a fan of Pilsners, but this is an exception. It truly is, the very best beer of that style I have ever had.

Wittales (762) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - JUL 10, 2014
Appearance was clear yellowish gold with diminishing creamy bubbly white 1/2 finger head, no lacing. Aromas are soft pils malt, sweet corn, lite spicy hops. Taste are spicy earthy hops with smooth soft pils malt with slight corn and soft water profile. Palate was soft smooth CO2 with light body, then short balanced smooth finish. A good example of an American pils.

Itzjerm (3076) - Taft, Tennessee, USA - APR 25, 2017
Thin fading head. swirling brings back. Flavor and aroma pilsner malt. Very thick sweet body. A very nice beer. Medium body. For a pilsner needs a bit more crisp but still a good beer.
