draft.. normal american pilsner..clear color of golden throughout..hops.malt.yeast..just an average beer lb4lb (2587) - Austin, Texas, USA - DEC 6, 2007
Nice simple apple juice like fruity yeasty malt aroma. Clear medium gold color. Nice crispness, yet a bit thin. Lightly hopped, but I thought this was actually a pretty decent pilsner and was one of the better beers at Tenaya Creek. BelgianBeerGal (4066) - Panama City, Florida, USA - JAN 10, 2010
Draught at the brewery. Looks like their pils differs greatly between batches. Luckily mine was pretty nice. Slightly above average pils that had a little more hop than typical. Crisp, easy drinking style that finished with some cereal notes. Sledutah (7524) - Utah, USA - APR 5, 2011
On tap at the brewery Gskelton (13) - Texas, USA - JUL 8, 2014
Appearance: Clear yellow with a small white head and good lacing
Aroma: Light malts, citrus and corn
Taste: Light malts, citrus with a slightly bitter finish
Ok, I liked the bitter finish.
Not a bad beer. Not great either though. Crisp and clean. Would be good on a hot day. Nothing special.

Sample at brewpub. Ok nose, litely lemon and sourdough. Clean pale yellow color. Sweet and bitter. Citrus, lemon lime, toasted malts, hint of a clove or corriander. Lite body, kinda creamy, little bite on finish. Tasty enough, very drinkable. Though it was my first brew of the day and I had been hiking for a few hours so almost anything would of been good. On tap @ Tenaya Creek poured a clear golden yellow with a small diminishing white head. Aromas of bread, straw and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of cereal and light citrus with a crisp clean finish. RobertDale (6474) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - NOV 19, 2011
