Can at home. Golden apple colour. Sugary, grassy smell. Strong alcohol taste, way too strong. Sugary taste. Not really drinkable. Pass. greenmanalishi (551) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JUN 17, 2007
hardy haa! those were the days, back when i was but 16...super t, special brew, cheap vodka and bulmers cider (before it became fancy and bottled). skortila (5966) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - MAY 7, 2007
Canned. Alcoholic, bit malty, bit hoppy aroma. Clear, copper coloured with a large, off-white, frothy head. Taste is very sweet, very alcoholic, sugary, slightly malty and just a bit hoppy. Sticky and burning mouthfeel. This beer is like a nascar racetrack. larsniclas (7187) - Billdal, SWEDEN - MAY 1, 2007
Golden with a small, frothy head.
Flavour from some marcipan, but overwhelmed by the alcohol. Impossible to finish!

Bottle, 9% in Rome. Peppery mash aroma. Clear dark copper colour. OK semi-stable head. Sweet marcipan flavour. Warming/burning alcohol flavour. Late bitterness, a bit rough. Maltier than most strong lagers. beerandrugby (210) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - APR 16, 2007
Are you a raging drunk? No, well do you want to get pished on your walk from work? OK, have a super Rab C. Nesbitt!! I will. rmussman (1701) - California, USA - MAR 5, 2007
Sampled last summer. After spending most of the week on tennents lager, we upgraded to the stong lager just to see how it was. It was definitely stronger but just as bad. See review of regular lager. RoyceH (1200) - Hesperange, LUXEMBOURG - JAN 28, 2007
Can. Yellowy-gold colour, Nose is syrupy, overly sweet, alcohol, and some hops. Taste is overbearingly sweet, mouth coating. Finish is sweet, thick and hard to swallow. I suppose it would get you mashed, but apart from that, horrid. faroeviking (11084) - Chupando chellas es como ellas, FAROE ISLANDS - JAN 6, 2007
Can. Golden colour, sweet alcoholic grainy aroma, which appears well in the flavour along with some maltiness. Sweet dryish bit uncomfortable finish. Oh man, those Scots.
