Old rate. Pint can while on holiday in Venice. Pours a light Gold with a white head. Aroma is flat and uninspiring with a booziness. The taste is a full malty body with a alcohol warmth. Some bitterness on the palate. One dimensional and meant for a quick frat-boy drunk.

Bottle & Draft. Pours rather clear orange honey-brown with basically no head. Aroma is fairly weak, but contains notes of citrus, barley, and yeast. Full bodied with a boozy, warm mouthfeel. Drank this a few times in Italy due to high ABV since brews were few an far between (and pricey). Probably rated a bit higher due to sentiment, but still should be rated much higher overall. Decent strong lager.

Can. Yellowy-gold colour, Nose is syrupy, overly sweet, alcohol, and some hops. Taste is overbearingly sweet, mouth coating. Finish is sweet, thick and hard to swallow. I suppose it would get you mashed, but apart from that, horrid.

Draught @ Murphy's, Ascoli Piceno, Italy: Light amber, malt liquor hue. Alcohol nose. Syrupy body, nothing bt gross metallic alcohol here. Im not impressed...ick.

Nothing too terribly wrong with how it looks, and probably a benefit if you have three things - very little money, an overwhelming urge to get drunk, and an allergy to cheap cider.

Some head, deep golden. Light sugary nose. Medium heavy body. Some length. Has a disturbing dry note in the sugary taste. Unballanced, but will get you drunk quickly if thats what you want

All up a sweet cheap corn too high in alcohol concoction which is very unbalanced. The ABV kicks in with a bit of a buzz but can’t say it is pleasant. Sits on the back of the throat for some time. No doubt good for sculling in the streets of Glasgow before picking a fight.
