Pours a cloudy orange with a decent amount of slowly dissipating head. Heavy grass and alcohol in the nose. Sickly sweet, not masking the alcohol much in the taste. This seems like the ultimate beer you drink just to get drunk.

Non la miglior doppio malto che abbia mai bevuto. Retrogusto buono ma al palato manca un minimo di gusto avvolgente. In sostanza c di meglio.

Pours a clear, orange-golden color, topped with decent white foamy head. Malty aroma, a bit bready with alcohol notes. Taste is similar, sweet, malty, strong, alcohol. Not nice, really.

Not really sure about this one. I got chewed out by a couple British friends I met at a bar for trying this. Told me it was for tramps. Whatever. Not a very good taste at all. Very strong. Wouldn't recommend to many.

Can from The Wine Company, Slough. Poured in a glass. Typical lager look, lager and alcohol aroma. Horribly raw, syrupy and metalic. The alcohol is there, but in an extremely crude way. If you set out to get drunk this would be a better idea than plain lager due to the increased strength, but Carlsberg Special Brew is a better option all around for that.

Poured a golden amber with a bubbly white head. Sour nail polish remover smell. Terpentine in a bottle, very hight alcohol burning taste with no other recognizable flavor.

Can. Golden colour, sweet alcoholic grainy aroma, which appears well in the flavour along with some maltiness. Sweet dryish bit uncomfortable finish. Oh man, those Scots.

The best thing about this beer is that it’s 9% ABV. You need to be drunk to enjoy this stuff. The flavor, in my opinion, is something you might get if you stick some metal in your mouth while you’re chewing some black licorice. Drink it very cold otherwise you will not be able to finish it. To me, it’s a sacrilege to dump beer. I’ve dumped this stuff before. Drink it if it’s free. Don’t bother paying for it.

500ml can. No aroma I can detect. Dark amber with strong head. Overcarbonated. Very yeasty light malty aroma, not much hops. Watery and overly alcoholic. Very short warm finish. Not worth my while.
