9% and 3 cans made the shakes go away the morning after an overexuberant tasting session in London. Other than the % it has nothing going for it.

Sweet and disgusting brew. Sticky flavour. Sugar and alcohol in flavour, finish and aftertaste. Bad and boring.

Bart (2936) - Brussels, BELGIUM - DEC 6, 2006
Canned, Yellow coloured almost no carbonation and a small white head. Sweet malty aroma, medium sweet body with some very light sprankling. Finish is malty, dry with one unpleasant metallic salty finish. Not good.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - FEB 1, 2008
This strong beer has a golden color and a moderate head. The aroma has notes of malt and hops. The flavour is sweetish, malty with notes of caramel and the finish has a light bitterness. The alcohol flavour is too dominant - and it’s a plain and boring beer.

440ml bottle from Tesco. Golden body with a white foamy head, quickly diminishing. Vapour of alcohol and water. Very one-dimensional in the taste profile with little less than malty flavoured water added by a strong alcoholic component. Short tail and lively carbonated. My last beer during 15 days in St Andrews. Next stop: Standing Order in Edinburgh [10.11.2008].

Bottle. A clear, almost golden beer with an off-white head. Alcohol, fruit, grains and hops in the aroma, quite raw and unpleasant, but not foul. Pale malts, hay, grass and alcohol in the flavor, lacking bitterness, and rather unpleasant, at least until your palate gets used to it. Warming, medium body. The beer is not off, it is not very good. A typical European strong lager, made for the guys in the park and the youth who wants to get drunk fast. (081031)
