Nice haze of straw under a white head which fades into a thin collar. She glows gently in the light with bready hues.

Gentle and pervasive. Freshly baked breads. Orange peel and zest along the edges. Lemon essence. Ghostly presence of ginger and spice. White pepper. Green banana peel. Soft.
Fresh, soft, and soothing – like biting into a fresh loaf of artisan white bread infused with curacao and lemon. Chewy yeasty dough in the back of each swallow which is also where the spices come out to play – ginger, cumin, grains of paradise. Slightly drying. Peppery in the middle. As it warms up the flavors grow in strength for a full bodied quaffing experience.
Another delicious session brew from Matt Webster and the fine folks at Tequesta Brewing Company. Whether you want to classify it as a Belgian Wit or Wheat Ale, just remember that under either category, I call it delicious.

Growler courtesy of Hopscoth, poured a nice hazy straw yellow color, with aromas of lemon, banana, wheat, and some light spice. Flavor is the same with an interesting aftertaste, not sure what it is, but very nice. Solid wheat beer, thanks Eric for teh growler. Draft at brewpub. (part of the seasonal wheat beer series). Hazy yellow. Aroma is funky, neither wit nor weizen but something wholly other. Prickly light carbo. Rustic, a farmhouse wit beer the likes of which i have never encountered. Strange but fun. Nutty pale malts with juicy sweetness. Odd! hopscotch (11043) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUL 22, 2012
Draft… Cloudy yellow ale with a mid-sized, delicate, white head. The bouquet consists of lemon zest, banana, grainy wheat and a small pinch of clove. Light bodied with stinging carbonation. Perfectly balanced, the flavor is mildly grainy and offers light bitterness to go along with a whisper of acidity. Short, crisp, lemon peel finish. Excellent easy drinker. I wish I enjoyed wheat ales more.
